Harry Boyce

Head Coach and Founder, Harry Boyce, is a 9-year European Professional Basketball Champion and Professional Basketball Trainer. While prepping at Green Bay East High School, Harry was a 2x Defensive Player of the Year, 2x FRVC All-Conference Selection, FRVC Player of the Year, Northeast WI Player of the Year, Metro Player of the Year, and an All-Star Selection. Harry went on to play Division 1 basketball at the University of North Dakota where he was named Defensive Player of the Year, 3rd Team All-Conference, and lead the league with a 3:1 assist to turnover ratio. He finished his collegiate career in Makato, MN where he was named to the All-Defensive and All-Conference teams.

Professionally, Harry played in China, Canada, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Egypt, and Germany. The myriad of accolades during his professional career are countless. His rookie season, Harry was Mexico Victoria LNBP Team Defender Correcimino Basquets, while averaging 10ppg. Playing with Telcom Baskets of Egypt, Harry helped his team reach the Final Four, averaging 18ppg, and being named to the All-Import Team. Highlighting his career was the 2nd Bundesliga Championship with Schwelmer Baskets of Germany. Harry’s knowledge of and passion for the game of basketball transcends the instructional standard. He has trained 100s of athletes who have developed into elite players, with many advancing to successful college careers. The work ethic and commitment to excellence that Harry has lived by and displayed for decades, is the epitome of what young basketball players should aspire to have in their own endeavor for success.

Paty Gallasova

Originally from Prague, Czech Republic, Paty Gallasova is a head coach for 15U Team 1848 and a head coach for 8th grade Future Tritons at Notre Dame Academy. She came to the United States six and a half years ago to pursue her dream of playing collegiate basketball. Paty competed at both division one and two levels for six years (UW-Green Bay and UW-Parkside). Before she came to the United States she played in the highest Czech league and was a part of the Czech National Team (U18, U20). 

Paty graduated in May 2024 with a master’s degree in sport management in 2024 and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2022. She is interested in sport psychology, and conducted a research study on how coaches impact student-athletes’ mental health. The results will help Paty to be become a great coach who positively impacts her players.

Paty has been around basketball her whole life, she enjoys working with young basketball players and is excited to share her knowledge and experience. 

John Peters

As a proud Menominee Indian tribal member, John draws inspiration from his heritage and his commitment to give back to his community. Every summer, he organizes a basketball clinic on his reservation, where he provides free basketball shoes and gear to every participant, fostering a love for the game while investing in the next generation of athletes.

John’s well-rounded approach to training is rooted in his passion for helping young players improve their skills, build confidence, and excel both on and off the court. John’s relationship with his athletes is next to none. His dedication to his craft and his community make him a valuable asset to The Workshop and an inspiring role model for aspiring athletes.
